Researchers, academics, and professionals are invited to submit their abstracts for presentation at the upcoming conference, organized by the Consortium for the Advancement of Science and Technology in partnership with universities and research institutions worldwide.

1. Short Paper Publication (4–6 pages)
Published in the conference proceedings issued by CAST.
2. Full Paper Publication (9–14 pages)
Published as a separate volume by Springer.
All submitted abstracts will undergo a review by the Program Committee to ensure relevance, originality, and academic quality.
Abstracts should be 250–350 words in English.
Clearly state the purpose, methods, key results, and conclusions of the study.
Include the title, author names, affiliations, and email address of the presenting author.
Do not include tables, figures, or references in the abstract.
All accepted abstracts will be published in the official Book of Abstracts prior to the conference.
Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to present their work at the conference and may select one of the following publication options:

Submission Guidelines
Abstract submission is free of charge. Only abstracts that are accepted and followed by Presenter Registration will be included in the final conference programme.
Each participant may submit up to three abstracts as the presenting author. Each accepted abstract that is presented at the conference requires a separate Presenter Registration.
At least one author of each accepted paper must be registered as a Presenter and deliver the conference presentation; otherwise, the paper will not be eligible for publication in the proceedings.
Co-authors who wish to attend the conference without presenting must register as Listeners.
Each paper accepted for publication in the conference proceedings is subject to a separate paper processing fee. One author may submit up to three papers for publication in the conference proceedings, provided that the papers correspond to abstracts accepted and presented at the conference.

Route 1 — Paper Submission Before the Conference
This route is intended for authors who have a manuscript (short or full conference paper) prepared before the conference.
Authors submit a short or full paper for editorial review.
The paper undergoes peer review according to the selected publication track.
If the paper receives provisional acceptance, at least one author must complete Presenter Registration.
The registered presenter delivers the conference presentation.
After presentation and final editorial processing, the applicable paper processing fee is paid, and the paper proceeds to publication.
This route is intended for authors who prefer to develop their manuscript after presenting their research.
At least one author completes Presenter Registration and delivers the conference presentation based on the accepted abstract.
After the conference, authors may submit a short or full paper for editorial review.
The paper undergoes peer review according to the selected publication track.
If the paper is accepted, the applicable paper processing fee is paid, and the paper proceeds to publication.

Abstract acceptance allows participation and presentation but does not guarantee paper publication.
At least one author of each paper must be registered as a Presenter.
The paper must be presented at the conference to be eligible for publication. Presentation may be delivered in one of the approved formats:

pre-recorded video presentation;
poster presentation (without oral defense).
4. All presentation formats are considered equivalent forms of conference presentation for publication eligibility. The presentation format does not affect the peer-review process or publication decision.
5. Paper publication depends on peer review outcome and compliance with editorial standards. Paper processing fees apply only to accepted papers.
6. Conference participation fees (Listener or Presenter Registration) are separate from publication-related fees.
Participation
Participation in the conference is available only after abstract acceptance and successful registration. Both presenters and listeners are welcome to join the event and engage in the conference’s scientific discussions, keynote sessions, and networking opportunities.

Paper publication is subject to a paper processing fee, which applies only to manuscripts accepted after peer review and editorial evaluation.
The applicable fee depends on the selected publication track:
Short Paper: Proceedings Processing Fee ($100)

Paper processing fees are invoiced after acceptance. Publication proceeds only after completion of the review process, conference presentation, and editorial preparation.
Conference participation fees (Presenter or Listener Registration) are separate from publication-related fees.
Registered participants are invited to submit their research papers for publication in the official conference proceedings. There are two types of paper submissions available:
A manuscript submission link will be provided to registered presenters. Through this link, authors may upload their manuscripts in accordance with the conference guidelines and formatting requirements. The editorial team coordinates the review and revision process and communicates reviewers’ comments and editorial decisions to the authors. Papers that successfully complete the review and editorial process will be included in the corresponding proceedings volume and made available in digital format following completion of editorial production.
Submit Papers for Publication
The submitted paper must present original research results corresponding to the work presented at the conference.
The manuscript must not be under review or previously published elsewhere.
All manuscripts must be prepared using the official conference template (available on the conference website).
The paper should demonstrate scientific relevance, methodological soundness, and clear presentation of results.
All submissions are subject to plagiarism screening. Papers with significant similarity to previously published work may be rejected.
The list of authors must accurately reflect individual contributions to the research. Changes in authorship after submission must be justified and approved by the editors.
Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data, citations, and ethical compliance in their research.
Manuscript Requirements
Every submitted manuscript undergoes a structured multi-stage editorial process to ensure scientific integrity and publication quality:
Plagiarism screening – All submissions are checked using similarity detection tools to ensure originality and proper citation practice.
Peer review – Each manuscript is evaluated by two or more independent reviewers according to the standards of the selected publication track.
Editorial feedback and revision – Authors receive reviewers’ comments and may be asked to revise the manuscript to address scientific, structural, or formatting issues.
Final decision and publication – Papers that successfully complete the review and editorial process, and meet presentation requirements, are accepted for publication in the corresponding proceedings volume.
